Who we are

What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name, and whatever you put in the message. We run no contact forms, so nothing is collected unless you actively write to us.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This keeps the site running and secure.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this website.
- We do not set non-essential cookies.
- We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Fonts and third parties
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those files, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We send Google no other information about you.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept while we have an active or prospective working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and under GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, you may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@metrisdigital.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, contact us first at hello@metrisdigital.com. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India, or your local supervisory authority in the UK or EU.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
